As the Spring 2010 Fashions hit the runway, there’s been an increasing trend in seeing lingerie themes in everyday clothing: Slip dresses, lacy skirts and bustiers as tops can be seen in many of the most recent collections.

If you’re not comfortable wearing your favorite teddy out on the town, here are some easy ways to engage the lingerie trend this year:

• A lacy camisole or bustier under a button down shirt, suit jacket or cardigan is a sexy way to show a little bit of lingerie without excessive exposure.
• A lacy bra with detailed or colorful straps under a tank top, camisole or strappy dress can be flirty and fun.
• A corset-style dress paired with tights, knee-high boots and a jacket or cardigan is a sweet and sexy way to dress up for a night out with the girls or at the club.
• A lacy push up bra or shelf bra peeking out the neckline of your favorite little black dress can give you better cleavage and a hint of sexy lace.

Whatever look you go for, it may be best to leave the one piece corset outfits for the pop stars. Despite the trends, society may not be quite ready to see us all in our favorite underwear yet. But, no matter what the trend is for the visible part of your wardrobe, every woman is entitled to a little lingerie indulgence—some sexy panties, well-fitting lacy bras and a couple of camisoles at the very least.
