Is there anyone who really loves an hour at the gym? Even those of us who feel great after a run and couldn’t live without regular workouts have “those days” when the gym is the last place we want to end up. My experience has been that half of the problem is the horrible work out clothes that the majority of people at the gym are wearing—I don’t want to be seen in baggy sweats and I don’t really want to see everyone else in those baggy, sweaty t-shirts either.

While the latter problem can’t be easily fixed, the former can. There’s no reason you should avoid fashion every time you go to the gym. Whether you prefer jogging around the neighborhood, biking a nearby trail or hitting the circuit at your local gym, you’re bound to bump into someone you know… so why not look as good as you always do? Smart, sexy workout tops and bottoms can help you look like a pro. Pair your favorite bold colored, fitted top with a tight pony tail and some pumping music and you’re ready for a stylish workout that you won’t dread and put off.

But don’t just wear your fabulously stylish activewear to the gym… you can also wear it to yoga class, for running errands or as a comfortable pajama alternative. Comfortable, well made activewear if your favorite outgoing colors will add pop and fun to your workout or just any normal day!
